Making Checklists Work

There is no point creating checklists if we can't get ourselves and others engaged in working with them.

There is no right or wrong way to make a Checklist. It could be 1 really important thing, or a 100 items long.

However some Checklists are a lot more Effective than others - and that is what we really want. Repeatable results that matter.

In this section we will go through the factors that play into creating good practical checklists.
