Can I use Clever Checklist on my mobile or Tablet?
Yes. You can use your browser on any device that supports the modern web. Android and IOS devices will all work.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
No. Sign up for a trial now, and choose a plan when you are ready.
Do you provide discounts for yearly plans?
Yes. You get 1 month free if you upgrade to a yearly plan.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?
No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for a trial account. Enter your details when you are ready to upgrade your plan.
Do you provide a volume discount for large companies?
Yes. We are happy to work with large companies and departments on volume pricing. Please write to us at sales@cleverchecklist.com for more information.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for every package. The Annual Package also includes the option to pay by check or wire transfer (we can invoice you with net 30 terms).
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There is no contracts on the monthly packages — you just pay as you go, and you can cancel at any time without penalty. The Annual Package is a one-year contract. You can choose to renew or cancel at the end of every year.
How secure is Clever Checklist?
We take security very seriously. We encrypt all communications between your devices and our servers. We are hosted on Amazon AWS using proven secure platforms. We also have strict policies regarding expiring tokens, rate limiting, code reviews, logging, and much more. Contact us for more information.
What happens after my trial?
You can upgrade to any subscription any time during your 30 day trial. However, if you hit the end of your trial without choosing a subscription, your account will be put on hold (your templates, checklists, files, and data will all stay safe and sound, do not worry) until you choose a subscription (or cancel).
